Praise God for I am Undone (Isaiah 6:5)

Read Isaiah 6:5a (NKJV):

“So I said: “Woe is me, for I am undone!”

Does anyone else have those moments where you get a real idea of the holiness of God? But not just that, a complete and utter realisation of how unworthy you are before that holiness.

As I was sitting tonight, I got a realisation of that. How often do I sit thinking I have got it all together and in reality there is a gap between my actions and the majesty of God that just never closes (and will not in this life). My righteous deeds are like filthy rags. Not because what I do is wrong at first appearance (though I do plenty that is wrong to outward appearances too) but rather because my motivations or attitudes etc are really wrong and insincere or self-motivated.
